Each package contains 5 cutout panels, plus a numbered pattern and instructions. The panel measures 3 1/2 inches wide by 4 3/4 inches tall. The fan measures approximately 2 1/4 inches wide by 2 1/2 inches tall. For my sample card (What's New Gallery) I used sticker DD 6568 (Gothic Frames) for the corner piece of the fan and MD35 6229 and MD35 6230 (Bamboo Border and Corner) for the borders. For tassels, try www.trimsplus.com and click on "bookmark" tassels.
